How much does gutter cleaning cost?
Every property has different cleaning requirements. Factors that effect pricing are height and length of guttering, blockage levels and access to guttering.
Do you require access to my property?
If your guttering can only be accessed via your property we will require access to complete the quotation and cleaning process. All staff members wear shoe protectors, gloves and masks.
Are there gutters you cannot clean?
Guttering that has gutter guards in place which block access to the gutters or your gutters are above the height of 40ft we can't clean.
Do you clean down pipes?
Yes we can clean your downpipes if they have an above ground access point.
How often should I have my gutters cleaned?
We recommend for most properties a minimum of once per year. In certain circumstances where your guttering falls below a tree line or your roof has an overgrowth of moss it may require more cleans per year.
Are you insured?
Yes we hold £1,000,000 Public Liability Insurance. All staff memebrs are vetted and fully trained to complete high quality gutter cleaning.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by cash or bank transfer. We can supply an invoice for you to keep onfile post clean.
Do you require parking?
Our equipment is mobile but heavy. Although we do not require parking directly outside your property we will require a pay and display space within 150 metres of your property or a visitors parking permit to be supplied.
Does some one need to be there when you clean my gutters?
If your gutters can be accessed without the need to enter through your property we do not require you to be there during the cleaning process aslong as we have access to an external electricity socket.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes we are available on saturdays and sundays to clean your gutters.
